"We are loyal customers with State Farm for over 45 years. We have owned our condo since 2005. Turns out State Farm, Kathy Buzalsky's office has been over charging us for condo coverage. No one told us we were over insured. Paying thousands of dollars more than we should have for years. Austin is the one who found the error. Thank you Austin. He better get a promotion. State Farm will only go back 30 days. They need to go back 20 years. Stay clear of this office."

When we receive a customer complaint, our number one goal is to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to the customer’s satisfaction. In response to your complaint, I responded immediately, pulled archived policies from corporate dating back to the inception of your policy, and provided a detailed timeline addressing your concerns.
I understand that the outcome you wanted was not the one we were able to provide. While a one-star rating is never what we aim for, I do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

When my previous insurance company neglected to return my calls and emails for over a week, and a dmv registration renewal date looming, he stepped in and truly saved the day. His service was exceptional; he matched my urgency perfectly and paid meticulous attention to detail throughout the process. Austin always followed up when he said he would, which made a world of difference. While their prices are slightly higher than some competitors, I was more than willing to pay a little extra for the outstanding service I received.
